The challenge <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Like most mid-sized cities, Pardubice had a parking problem it could not actually see. Occupancy was a guess, enforcement was patchy, and the city had no reliable way to know which streets were full and when. As a result, residents competed with visitors for the same spaces, and the city could not plan policy without paying for expensive external surveys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Above all, the city wanted proof before committing. Therefore it started with a pilot, not a full rollout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

First, Fleximodo and its partners ran a trial to confirm the technology in real conditions. Because the pilot met every technical requirement, Pardubice extended the system across the whole city. The final deployment combined several layers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
