Yes. ParkingAround integrates with ANPR barrier systems, access control platforms, and HR or student information systems via REST API. Vehicle eligibility checks can be automated against HR or enrolment records, when a staff member leaves or a student graduates, their permit is revoked without a manual step.

How is open day and event parking managed?

Event managers create a temporary visitor access profile in ParkingAround, defining which zones are available, for how long, and for how many vehicles. Visitor passes are issued as QR codes or email confirmations sent before arrival. Guidance signage at the entrance updates automatically to show available visitor zones. Students purchase daily or termly access through the app; the facilities team does not manage physical payment collection in zones managed through ParkingAround.
