The Client

IoT Sensor Standard (NB-IoT, surface-mount, SIM included) — the flagship smart parking sensor product, testing NB-IoT cellular connectivity with an included SIM that eliminates the need for Xerovex to arrange its own connectivity during the evaluation. For customers who later scale to production, Fleximodo can also provision NB-IoT sensors over a private APN, keeping sensor traffic on a dedicated, operator-managed connectivity path rather than the public internet.
IoT Sensor Mini (LoRaWAN, Exterior) — the compact exterior LoRaWAN parking sensor, testing LoRaWAN connectivity with a different form factor and a different protocol. By including both an NB-IoT Sensor Standard and a LoRaWAN Sensor Mini, the demo kit lets Xerovex compare both protocol options and both sensor form factors simultaneously.
IoT Permit Card — the BLE/UWB-based credential for permit-holder detection, testing a completely different use case from the ground sensors. Permit Cards detect whether an authorised vehicle (carrying the card) is parked in a designated space — a complementary capability that extends the deployment from generic parking occupancy detection into permit-enforcement territory, the kind of use case that typically pairs ground sensors with parking enforcement software.
