Fleximodo sensors detect vehicle presence using a combination of 3-axis magnetic field sensing and nano-radar. This two-way sensing approach improves reliability in changing urban conditions and helps the system capture real parking events more consistently than time-based sampling approaches.

Parking Software
When a vehicle arrives or leaves, the sensor creates an occupancy event and sends it through LoRaWAN or NB-IoT connectivity, depending on the model. The data is then processed in the Fleximodo backend and can be used in dashboards, parking guidance, enforcement workflows, analytics, APIs, and related parking software layers.
